Pests we treat in Atlanta homes and rentals

Single homes, duplexes and small apartment buildings. Each visit starts with an inspection.

  • Ants and roaches

Kitchens, baths and the walls between. We find the trail or the harborage first, then treat what we found.

  • Mice and rats

We close the gaps they use, then trap. A home sealed once needs fewer visits.

  • Wasps and hornets

Nests under eaves, in sheds and in wall voids. We tell you what we can reach from the ground and what needs a lift.

  • Bed bugs

An inspection first, then a plan with prep steps. It usually takes more than one visit, and we say so up front.

  • Termite inspections

A written report of what we see and where. A report is not a guarantee, and it is not a treatment.

  • Fleas, spiders and silverfish

The smaller, steadier problems. A plain inspection usually explains why they are there.

Every visit

What a visit includes

  • An inspection

Inside, outside and the places in between: under sinks, at door sweeps, in the crawl space where we can get to it.

  • A plain answer

What we found, where it gets in and what it is eating, in words you can repeat to a tenant or a spouse.

  • A written quote

On paper before any treatment. You say yes or no, and a no costs you nothing.

  • Treatment, if you say yes

We follow the product label. We tell you which areas to keep children and pets out of and for how long.

  • A follow-up

A check goes on the calendar. Our guarantee: if the pest we treated comes back within 60 days, we come back and treat it again at no charge. The terms, limits and exclusions are written on your scope before any work starts.

What we don't do

Jobs we turn down

So you can call the right company the first time.

  • Wildlife

We don't remove bats, raccoons, snakes or squirrels. A licensed wildlife operator does.

  • Fumigation and tenting

We don't tent a house. We'll tell you if what we find calls for it.

  • Restaurants and food plants

Our work is homes and small rental buildings, not audited kitchens.
