Pest control questions, answered

It depends on the pest, the size of the building and how many visits it takes, so we don't print prices. You get a written quote before any work, and you say yes or no.

Some problems take one or two visits and are done. Others, like a pest that keeps coming in from next door, need a regular check. We say which we think yours is, and you decide.

We do not promise any product is harmless to every child or pet. Licensed applicators follow the label, we tell you which rooms and areas to keep children and pets out of and for how long, and we give you the product name if you ask.

For most homes it takes days, not hours, and some problems take a few visits. We give you the number of visits before we start.

For the first visit, yes, or someone who can let us in. Later visits can sometimes be done from outside.

Our guarantee: if the pest we treated comes back within 60 days, we come back and treat it again at no charge. The terms, limits and exclusions are written on your scope before any work starts.

No. You agree to a written quote for the work in front of us. If you want regular checks, that is a separate yes.

We inspect for them and write a report of what we see. A report is not a guarantee and is not a treatment. If we find activity, we tell you what we found and who treats it.

Visits are Monday to Saturday in daytime. The text line is read every night until 11 and the phones are answered on weekdays until 8. We don't send a truck at night.
