Pest control in Atlanta

It's 10 pm and something is in the house.

Text us a photo. A person reads the text line every night until 11 and writes back with what it looks like and what to do until we can come.

  • Until 11 pm

    Text line, every night
  • 7 am – 8 pm

    Phones, Monday to Friday
  • Daytime

    Visits, Monday to Saturday

What happens when you call

From the first text to the first visit

This is the night, step by step. The hours and the things we don't do are on the full page.

  • 10:00 pm

    You text a photo

Send it to the number on this page and say where you saw it. Calls are answered until 8 pm on weekdays and 4 pm on Saturday.

  • While the line is open

    A person writes back

Bonnie or Rochelle reads it and says what it looks like and what to do tonight. Nobody tries to sell you a plan by text.

  • Before bed

You know what to leave alone

Most nights it is: stay out of the room, keep food put away, don't spray anything. We don't send a truck at night.

  • Next morning

We book the first open visit

Visits are Monday to Saturday in daytime. You get a two-hour window and the name of the person coming.

  • The visit

    We look, then we explain

We find where it gets in, tell you what we found and give a written quote before any treatment. You say yes or no.

  • After

A check goes on the calendar

We book a follow-up for later and write the guarantee terms on your scope before work starts.

What we treat

The pests we are called for most

Homes, duplexes and small apartment buildings across the south side and the east side.

  • Ants and roaches

Kitchens, baths and the walls between. We find the trail or the harborage first.

    Ants and roaches
  • Mice and rats

We close the gaps they use, then trap. Sealing comes before anything else.

    Mice and rats
  • Wasps and hornets

Nests under eaves, in sheds and in wall voids. We tell you what we can reach.

    All services
  • Bed bugs

An inspection first, then a plan with prep steps. It usually takes more than one visit.

    All services
  • Termite inspections

A written report of what we see. A report is not a guarantee.

    All services
  • Fleas, spiders and silverfish

The smaller, steadier problems that a plain inspection usually explains.

Inspect first

We look before we spray anything

A flashlight and a few minutes find more than a treatment done blind. You hear what we found before you hear a price.

  • We find where it gets in and what it is eating.

  • We tell you what we found, in plain words.

  • You get a written quote before any treatment.

  • We follow the product label, and tell you which product we used if you ask.

If it's late

What to do tonight

General advice while you wait. We'll tell you what applies to your home when we write back.

  • Ants

Wipe the trail with soapy water and put food, pet bowls and trash out of reach. Spraying the line can scatter them into other rooms, so leave it for us.

  • Roaches

Put food away, wipe the counters and take the trash out. Skip foggers; they can push roaches deeper into the walls, and we need to see where they are.

  • Mice and rats

Put food in sealed containers and take the trash out. To clean droppings, wear gloves, wet them first and wipe; don't sweep or vacuum them dry.

  • Wasps and hornets

Keep away from the nest and keep children and pets inside. Don't spray it or block the hole. If someone has trouble breathing after a sting, call 911.

  • Bed bugs

Leave the mattress and bedding where they are, and don't move furniture to another room. Wash and dry what you have already stripped, bagged, on hot.

Questions

Before you text

How much does it cost?

It depends on the pest, the size of the building and how many visits it takes, so we don't print prices. You get a written quote before any work, and you say yes or no.

When can you come?

Visits are Monday to Saturday in daytime. If you text at night, you get a reply while the text line is open, and we book the first open visit.

What about my kids and pets?

We do not promise any product is harmless to every child or pet. Licensed applicators follow the label, we tell you which rooms and areas to keep children and pets out of and for how long, and we give you the product name if you ask.

What if they come back?

Our guarantee: if the pest we treated comes back within 60 days, we come back and treat it again at no charge. The terms, limits and exclusions are written on your scope before any work starts.
