Quick answers
I texted at night. When do I hear back?
While the text line is open, daily until 11 pm. After that, it is the first thing we read in the morning.
Can I text a photo of a pest I've caught?
Yes. Put a coin or a pen beside it for size, and don't touch it with bare hands.
What do you need to book a visit?
Your address, a phone number and a day that suits. We give you a two-hour window.
